If an answer here stopped too early, or a fact needs correcting, or you have a worry the explorer has not met, write it down. The slip below builds the email in your browser so you can read it before anything is opened.
The slip
Your message
Nothing prepared yet. Fill in the slip and press Prepare the email. The finished message will appear here first, and nothing is opened until you choose.
What this page does, and does not do
This is not a form that sends anything. Pressing Prepare the email turns what you typed into a mail link and a preview inside your browser. Your own mail program does the sending, if you choose to open it, and you can edit the message there. If no mail program opens, copy the text and paste it into any email you like. Nothing you type here is stored by this page or transmitted from it.
Messages are welcome from people who disagree. The aim of the site is to state the reasons behind a design and to name its costs honestly, and a good objection is the quickest way to improve a sentence. The site is independent and unaffiliated with any software project, company or organisation, and cannot offer financial, legal or security advice. It does not ask for personal details beyond what you choose to write.
If the mail link is too long for your system, shorten the question, or send only the first paragraph and say that more is available. The character count above warns you before you reach that point.
